 WHO I AM 

I’ve been designing and delivering print and digital marketing solutions for over 10 years. Over that time, I’ve racked successes using email segmentation, CRO strategies, content development, graphic design and social media to build customer loyalty.

 

Whenever possible, I prefer to use data to drive campaign strategy to create opportunities and conversions. I bring creative project management and leadership to the table to see each piece of a campaign through from creative brief to repeat conversion.

I’m a problem solving creative with an analytic mind. I find this makes a great mix for leading high-level strategy and planning, execution and testing, or even copywriting and design when necessary.

The social world is complex but provides deep opportunities for testing with constant feedback. My approach is to use those opportunities to consistently assess and evolve the best proven content.

BRANDING

I believe everything must stand up to the brand – campaigns and their content aren't  just be about revenue, they’re also ways to build the brand. I'm experienced in using a brands personality to build platforms for future successes.

CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Keeping all the  plates spinning in order to execute effective campaigns is well within my wheelhouse. I’m comfortable with a number of tools, project management practices, collaborative software and even good old-fashioned spreadsheets to keep a campaign on track.

I started designing posters and graphics nearly 15 years ago. Translating messages, concepts and moods into visual imagery is in my blood. I’ve written briefs and lead creative teams for years, but I’m still comfortable getting my hands on the keys and pulling together a design when necessary.

If there's a way to test an aspect of a campaign, I'll find it! From customer journey to layout to individual buttons: each piece of the puzzle can be adjusted and perfected with tools to drive up SEO, email opens, social click-throughs and ultimately conversions.

I'm comfortable with general high-level messaging, but where I get most excited is tailoring that message to meet the customer where they are. Once a campaign is running successfully, I prefer to find ways to automate as many steps as possible to reduce lift on operational teams.

I've gained fluency using Adobe creative tools for 15 years. Unlike most designers, my passion is designing for replication across business silos. Using cloud design services and digital marketing templates, and variable data print services, I'm able to ensure brand consistency through every level of an organization.

I have deep experience working with and leading creative individuals and teams from initial brief, timelines and scope, through stakeholder reviews to delivery. As a designer myself, I understand the necessity of managing creative projects with a level of empathy not necessarily required in other spheres.

I've directly produced and wrangled content for hundreds of pages. When necessary, I'm happy designing and writing copy myself or jumping in the back end of most major social scheduling and web content platforms in order to publish online portions of a campaign.
